Position Title: Senior Consultant-Subject Matter Expert in Retail
Department: Supply Chain/ Operation
Reports to: China Operation Manager
Location: Beijing
Requirement:
A minimum of 6 years professional experience in a leading multinational retail or consumer package goods company in China is mandatory.
Candidates must have extensive knowledge on the industry dynamics and connections with major players, such as national-wide department stores, chain stores, franchises in 3C, home appliances, apparels, or other fast moving consumer goods companies
Functional experience in these areas is highly preferred:
1) Store operations
2) Order fulfillment and replenishment
3) Planning and store level inventory management
4) Warehouse management
5) EDI systems and information interfaces between warehouse as well as original manufacturers
6) Understanding of operating metrics in making investment decisions for retail locations
Previous management experience and working with cross culture team is highly desirable
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering, Master’s Degree preferred
Willing to travel extensively
Language:
Fluent in English and Chinese speaking, writing, and reading
