职位描述/要求：
Position: Hardware Project Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Hardware developing for a leading MNC for industry
Digital/MCU-based and analog circuit design
Design and development of control circuitry for home appliances, esp. Washers or refrigerators or cooking ranges
Circuit modeling/analysis, Component selection, layout review
Write control spec or understand control spec and design circuits to meet the spec.
Make test plan and review test reports to make sure products meets all EMI/EMC and reliability requirements.
Review with the program with global leaders to get approval on key milestones.
Mange OEM suppliers to make sure the program is on schedule.
Requirements:
BS or higher degree in electronics engineering or similar field
5 + Yrs of working experience in electronics design
Good English and communication skills
Independent program management skills
Skilled in EDA software, e.g. Cadence, Protel, etc.
